I used to think that people weren't quite themselves when the moon was full and bright. But yesterday disproved my point, the moon was only slightly out at night. People were dancing and twirling and didn't care to try to stop. And the people in the car accident just waved away the cop. And Leonard Bernstein's music filled Chicago's air. And I wanted desperately to be there. But a ghost of mine took me by surprise. So I bravely looked him in the eyes and told him never, never, never, never to haunt me again. I thought about the people who are poor and all the friends that I have met. And how I couldn't ask for more. I've surely, oh I've surely got it made. Oh but here comes life's unexpectencies again, knocking at the door of a house that you can't live in anymore. You'll have to see what you can sell your talents for.
